Refund & Returns Policy
At Tradestaff Workwear, we recognise that from time to time a purchased item may not be suitable. Customers may return eligible goods within 28 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in new and unworn condition, with all original garment tags attached. Tradestaff Workwear reserves the right to decline any return where these conditions have not been met. Subject to compliance with this policy, customers may elect to receive either a full refund of the returned item(s) or an exchange for an alternative style, size, or colour, subject to stock availability.
When returning goods, customers must provide the invoice number relating to the original purchase and ensure that the goods are delivered in their original condition to Tradestaff Workwear, 596 Colombo Street, Christchurch. All returns are made at the purchaser’s expense and remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Tradestaff Workwear. Where an item is assessed and confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.
Approved exchanges will be dispatched to the purchaser free of charge. Where a refund is approved, payment will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are not available on clearance items. Exchanges for clearance items may be permitted within the 28-day exchange period, provided the item meets the return conditions and the requested size is available in stock. As clearance items are typically discontinued or end-of-line, alternative sizes may not be available. Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to returning clearance items to confirm stock availability.
Refunds are not available on any branded or customised items.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on hats, beanies, base layers, socks, or face masks.
All goods must be returned in their original condition to Tradestaff Workwear, 596 Colombo Street, Christchurch 8011. Returns are made at the purchaser’s expense and remain the purchaser’s responsibility until received. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.
If an item is assessed and confirmed to be faulty, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.
