Free Logo Setup Fee – Terms and Conditions
Applicability:
The free logo setup fee offer applies only to standard chest logos.
2. Screen-Print Branding:

Only 1-colour logos will be eligible for a waived setup fee.

Since screen printing requires a separate setup for each colour, we will waive the setup fee for 1 colour only. For multi-colour logos (e.g., a 3-colour logo), only 1 colour setup fee will be waived.
Embroidery Branding:

This offer excludes logos larger than 10cm in width.

It also excludes logos with a high thread count (e.g., full-colour backgrounds or thick font text) that fall outside the criteria of “standard” embroidery.

Our team will confirm eligibility with you during the setup process.
New Logo Requirement:

This offer applies only to new logos.

It does not apply to existing customers unless there is an amendment or resize to an already setup logo.

If you are an existing customer and are unsure whether your logo qualifies, please contact our team for clarification.
Heat-Press Logos:

Heat-press logos do not require a setup fee.
-
This is a per-logo charge, which cannot be waived as part of this offer.
Promotions:

The free logo setup fee cannot be combined with other online promotions.

In the case of a product promotion (e.g., 10% off), you will receive the highest discount available, whether that is the free setup or the product discount.
Refunds and Replacements for Branded Workwear
No Refunds or Replacements:

Refunds and replacements are not available on any branded workwear orders.

Before production begins, all customers must approve their artwork either via email or through a signed document. This approval ensures satisfaction with the logo and acknowledges that the customer is responsible for the products once production is completed.
Quality Control Checks:

Our team conducts thorough quality control checks on all branded garments prior to dispatch.

If our team determines that the branding does not meet our quality standards, we will replace the item within a reasonable timeframe at no additional charge to you.
Faulty Garments:

If a garment is deemed faulty, Tradestaff Workwear will cover the cost of replacement.
Customer-Supplied Garments:

If you supply your own garments, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held liable for any damage, alteration, or defect to garments not supplied by us.

To ensure the best branding results and avoid potential issues, we strongly recommend using garments supplied by our company.
