By wrapping the THORZT cooling wrist bands around your wrist (at the pulse point) you will immediately feel the cooling effect as the cooled blood quickly circulates around the rest of the body, reducing the cardiac output
directed towards the skin and ultimately delay the onset of dehydration

Activation
1. Submerge the THORZT Cooling Wrist Bands in any
temperature water and let it soak for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Wring out the excess water, leaving it nice and moist.
3. Wear to activate.

Delivery Timeframes
You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days, for rural addresses add an additional 2-3 business days on top. Reminder: couriers are unlikely to deliver over the weekend.

We accept returns within 28 days of purchase if item(s) are unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached. You can exchange or receive a full refund. Some items, like hats, socks, and facemasks, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To return, please send the item to Tradestaff Workwear, 596 Colombo St, Christchurch, with your invoice number. Return shipping is at your cost, but we’ll refund postage if an item is deemed faulty.
Clearance items and branded goods are non-refundable, but exchanges are allowed within 28 days (only if stock is available).

The gear looked as good as any one other of the many online but a better price. I had trouble determining the size for me and called direct. Very friendly helpful woman worked me through the options and took my order. That arrived in a few days and the gear looks good and fits perfectly. Still waiting for the ultimate rain test though!
