Branded Workwear Terms & Conditions

 Free logo setup fee Terms and Conditions:

1. This applies to standard chest logos only.
2. Where the branding method is screen-print, only 1 colour logos will have a waived set-up fee. As print has one setup fee per colour, we will only waive a total of 1 colour. If the logo has 3 colours, we will only waive 1 colour.
3. Where the branding method is embroidery, this excludes any logo larger than 10cm in width, and where there is a high thread count e.g. a logo with a full colour background or thick font text which typically falls out of the criteria of 'standard'. Our team will clarify this with you upon setup.
4. This offer only applies to new logos. This offer does not apply to existing customers unless there is an amendment or a re-size to an already set up logo. If you are an existing customer and you are unsure if you will fit in to this criteria, feel free to get in touch with our team by phoning 03 266 1595.
5. Heat-press logos do not require a setup fee. This is just a per-logo charge, which will not be waived to replace the offer of free setups.

Refunds and/or replacements of branded workwear:

*Refunds and replacements are not available on any branding orders. All customers who order branded workwear from us are required to approve all artworks either via email, or on a signed document before production commences. This is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the look of the logo, and also ensures that they are responsible for the products after production is completed. 

Before dispatching all branding orders, our team completes quality control checks on all branded garments. If our team is not satisfied with how the branding looks, this will be replaced within a reasonable timeframe. This will be communicated to the customer, with no charge to the customer.
